"Abdominoplasty"

I used to have low self-esteem, mainly because I was overweight. I decided to do something about it. I lost 60 kg from my original 110 kg. It felt good, but I still knew I was hiding "something" under my shirt that reminded me of the past. I understood that I couldn't do without the help of professionals.

The idea of going to the swimming pool with my children was out of the question. I had a block inside me, taking my shirt off. That was the turning point when I decided to have the procedure. My initial fears quickly dissipated. I felt great at the MEDICOM Clinic. Mr. Pavel Horyna, the head doctor, explained everything thoroughly and assured me that the abdominoplasty would solve the problem. On the way back home I thought of nothing else.

As I don't tolerate pain very well, I was slightly worried about what would happen when I woke up. I was therefore pleasantly surprised when I felt nothing when I woke up. If I hadn't had my stomach bandaged, I really would have thought I hadn't even had the procedure. I have to commend and praise the staff who made my experience of care really above standard.

The healing process was completely uncomplicated. I was left in shock the first time I was bandaged. My abdomen was as flat as ever. And I was still searching in vain for the scar. It was only then that I realized that the scar was the tiny line at the bottom of my abdomen. I was incredibly happy. After only a month, I was able to return to work after the doctor's appointment. After about 6 weeks, I was able to start exercising lightly again.

It's a feeling I've never experienced before. I don't have to limit myself in anything. I can do what I want and what I enjoy. Most of all, my view of myself has changed, which has positively affected my whole life. I feel it in my personal and professional life. A lot of men still think that plastic surgery is mostly for beautifying women. But men also have the right to feel good about themselves. That feeling of newfound confidence is priceless.

He came to the consultation already with an athletic figure, but due to the amount of fat reduction, he had a skin overhang in his lower abdomen, which he masked in his underwear. Understandably, it interfered with his personal, intimate and sporting life. Therefore, after a personal consultation, I recommended an abdominoplasty, in which we removed this skin and subcutaneous flap and also tightened his abdomen. The result is a flat, firm and Martin's diligent and athletic abdomen. The only reminders of the procedure are the scar around the belly button and a thin scar in the lower abdomen, which is hidden in his underwear. We are both satisfied with the result.
